[Tip] Subscription Cancellation Periods Based on Strategy Trading Period

4 Weeks Trading Strategy

  • Cancel button activated after 2 weeks from trading start date.
  • Cancellation period: 1 week

12 Weeks Trading Strategy

  • Cancel button activated after 8 weeks from trading start date.
  • Cancellation period: 3 weeks

[Tip] The deposit for the canceled asset is scheduled to be made within 3 days from the settlement date of the respective round.

1. Click [Profile]

2. Click [Purchased Strategies]

[Tip] Terminology Guide

  • NAV (%) : Net asset value (daily rate of change)
  • Invested Value : Amount of currently operating (amount of added for next round)
  • Cancel : Following settlement policy of the strategy, cancellation shall be activated from pre-defined lock-up to a week ahead of settlement.

5. Make sure to read all information.

6. Make sure to check your investment details, settlement date, and redemption date carefully. Additionally, if you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please check the checkbox.

* To complete the cancellation, please enter the symbol of the strategy in the space below.

7. Click [Confirm]

[Caution] Once you confirm, you cannot undo this action, so please make your decision carefully.

8. You can check cancellation history on the [History] tab.

9. You can also check the Profit & Loss report on the strategy by clicking the icon under Report field.
